Official Prize Promotion Rules
PRIZE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
Sponsor: This Prize Promotion is sponsored by Arizona State University and ISP SPORTS on behalf of its Intercollegiate Athletics Department (hereafter referred to as “Sponsor”), which is located at the Wells Fargo Arena, Tempe, AZ 85287-2505.
Eligibility: This Prize Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States residing in the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and residents of states where this Prize Promotion is prohibited), who are 18 years of age and older as of July 22, 2009, except employees and student athletes of the Arizona State University Intercollegiate Athletics Department and their families including persons living in the same household (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of each. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws apply.
How to Enter: The Prize Promotion begins at 8:00am Pacific Time on October 28th, 2009 and ends at 5:00 p.m. Pacific time on November 11, 2009 (”Entry Period”). There is one way to enter: online by forwarding the interactive e-mail. No other methods of entry will be accepted. You may enter as many times as you like.
Online Method: During the Entry Period forward on the interactive e-mail to as many friends as you would like. By submitting your name, email address and telephone number and the names and email addresses your friends who will receive the AT&T Mobility e-mail campaign, you will be automatically entered in the Prize Promotion for each individual forward separately. All information submitted by entrants is subject to AT&T’s Privacy Policy accessible at: www.wireless.att.com. Entrants must complete all non-optional data requested on the online entry form. Incomplete entries are void.
Selection of Potential Winner: Winner of the Prize Promotion will be selected based on the number of forwarded emails made by an authorized e-mail account holder during the Event Period. In the event of a tie the winners of each category will be selected at random for each of the prize. Winner will be notified via telephone and/or e-mail on or about November 11th, 2009. Sponsor’s decision as to all matters related to administration of the Prize Promotion and selection of winners are final. Potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning and award of prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
Prize: The prize will be selected in the following order pursuant to the criteria set out in these rules. The more forwards of the interactive email an authorized e-mail account holder sends, the more entries that are made and therefore the better chance of winning that authorized e-mail account holder will have.
One (1) Prize Winner will win: (i) Two (2) tickets to the Arizona State University vs. The University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) football game, in Los Angeles; (ii) roundtrip transportation for Winner and a guest to Los Angeles on a commercial flight, (iii) One (1) night stay at the Hilton Los Angeles North/Glendale along with the team; and (double occupancy standard hotel accommodations). Winner and guest must travel together and on same itinerary. Winner and Winner’s guest are responsible for any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, meals and expenditures of a personal nature. Sponsor shall not be responsible for travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, natural disaster, terrorism, labor disputes or weather. Trip must be taken on dates and times determined by Sponsor, or the Sweepstakes will be voided. Total Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $850.00.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, international and local taxes. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to the Prize, including but not limited to, taxes, incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and Winner’s guest (depending on the prize) will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and Publicity. Winner and Winner’s guest (or Winner’s guest’s legal guardian if Winner’s guest is a minor) must fully execute the Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and Publicity and return to Sponsor within ten (10) days of receipt in order to receive Prize. Noncompliance within designated time period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Except where otherwise expressly noted in these Official Rules, the selection of all vendors, prizes, products and services is subject to the Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion. Prizes (and/or any portion thereof) are nontransferable and non-exchangeable. Additional restrictions may apply. No substitutions or cash redemption of prizes are permitted except that Sponsor in its sole discretion retains the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. The Prize Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding conflicts at laws principles. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Prize Promotion is void where prohibited.
Participants in the Prize Promotion and any guest of Winner hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Arizona courts (state and federal) in Maricopa County for any causes or controversies arising out of the Prize Promotion. Each participant and guest of Winner waive any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts.
By entering the Prize Promotion, participant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission of Sponsor to use Winner’s name and likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner agrees that Winner’s Guest shall be required to do the same.
By entering, participants RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS ISP SPORTS on behalf of Arizona State Athletics Department, Arizona State University, the Board of Regents of the State of Arizona and their respective officers, employees, agents and contractors FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising from or in connection with the Prize Promotion or from the receipt or use of any prize or travel related to the receipt or use of any prize
